This is a Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.) for actual construction work which shows the quantities of materials in detail for the entire project. The B.O.Q. list shows a detailed list of material quantities for the entire project as well as material prices and labor costs using the median material prices and labor costs at the present time. Therefore, quantity take-off for construction will let customers know the actual capital costs of the project to aid their decision before investment. It can be used as the project’s median cost or for a future bidding.
